Who we help

Experiential retail that converts footfall

For pop-ups, flagship stores and concept spaces across Europe. We study why visitors browse and leave, then remove what stands between the visit and the purchase.

The problem

The space draws people in and the photographs look wonderful, but most visits end without a purchase. Staff are told to engage with no idea what actually moves someone, and the best month of the year is never explained.

What we do

01

Read the walk-out

Footfall is rarely the problem; the last three metres are. We find where a visit stops turning into a basket.

02

Make the experience sell

An experience that entertains but does not convert is a cost. We connect the moment people enjoy to the moment they decide.

03

Earn the second visit

One visit is a nice afternoon. We design what brings someone back, and what makes them bring somebody.

Where it maps

Always On with a conversion bolt-on, entered through a paid diagnostic.

Experiential retail · footfall to basket

How much is walk-out costing your store?

Six quick questions, then four rough numbers. You'll get an indicative friction level and what a few points of conversion would be worth on the footfall you already have. About two minutes, nothing is saved or sent.

1Of the people who come through the door, how many leave with something?
2Do you know which part of the visit people enjoy most?
3When someone is clearly interested, what happens next?
4How easy is it to buy at the moment someone decides?
5Does the price read as fair before people look at the tag?
6Do you have any way to reach a visitor after they leave?

Put a rough number on it

Estimates are fine. This turns the friction into euros. Defaults reflect typical figures for a mid-sized space; adjust them to your own.

Indicative only, computed on your device, stored nowhere unless you email yourself the result below.

Find your archetype first
