• What does Gleamcave actually do?+

  We're a boutique, research-led marketing partner for experience-led businesses: restaurants, boutique hotels, wellness studios and similar. We study why your customers choose, using applied behavioural science, then build and run the marketing that moves the specific decision holding your growth back.

• How are you different from a normal marketing agency?+

  Most agencies sell deliverables (posts, ads, content volume) and hope you never measure. We sell what will change, as a testable prediction: do this, expect that number to move, within so many weeks, then we measure it. The method is peer-reviewed behavioural science, not opinion.

• Isn't "behavioural science" just a buzzword?+

  It's a family of peer-reviewed models (the Theory of Planned Behaviour, COM-B, the Fogg model, nudge and others), each suited to a different kind of problem. We select the one that fits yours before designing anything. It's the same science used to change health and public behaviour, applied to why customers book, buy and come back.

• What is the free assessment, and what do I get?+

  The Experience Type Assessment is twelve questions, about two minutes. It names your archetype (one of five behavioural patterns), your growth stage, and the first move to make. You get your blueprint with a 90-day plan on screen immediately, and a copy by email.

• How does the paid diagnostic work?+

  It's a structured diagnostic of your customer journey. It selects the behavioural model that fits your problem, finds the weakest link, and produces one testable prediction. It runs from €300 to €1,500 depending on scope. If you like the prediction, we run it together.

• How much does it cost?+

  Transparent, published pricing. Entry is a paid diagnostic (€300 to €1,500). Retainers are Always On (€600 to €1,200 a month), Direct Booking Engine (€1,500 to €3,500 a month) and Commercial Partner (€3,000 to €8,000+ a month). Standalone à la carte work, photography, video, websites and content, is available without a retainer.

• Who do you work with, and do you work outside Greece?+

  Our commercial focus is three segments: independent restaurants and cafés in Greece and Southern Europe, boutique hotels across Europe, and urban wellness studios. We think in the wider experience-led universe too (events, retail, attractions, education) and take those on selectively. We're rooted in Thessaloniki and work across Europe and worldwide, in Greek for local clients and English for everyone else.

• Do you guarantee results, like the "0.83" figure I saw?+

  No, and we're deliberately careful here. The 0.83 and 0.77 from our ESQ study are one worked example from one London engagement that happened to suit the Theory of Planned Behaviour. They are not a company benchmark and not a promise for your business. Your own diagnostic produces your own measure.

• How is this different from AI marketing tools or a freelancer?+

  AI writes what you tell it; a freelancer brings a general playbook. Gleamcave tells you what to write, and why, by selecting the behavioural model that fits your problem and proving what moves your customers. Those tools solve production. We solve the decision behind it.

• Is there a contract lock-in, and who owns the work?+

  Clear scope, caps and a monthly satisfaction guarantee. You own your website, domain and data, always. We'd rather keep you because the work works than because a contract traps you.

• Who will I actually work with?+

  Gleamcave is founder-led. You work directly with Adeoluwa Adesunloye, an operator and researcher who has run hospitality floors and built growth pipelines, not a junior account handler.

• What happens to my data?+

  We keep your data in the EU and collect only what you submit. Email and assessment data are handled by an EU-based email provider, and the site sets no non-essential cookies until you allow them. You can see, export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy page for the detail.
